ACT Finance is a Santa Barbara-based motor vehicle sales finance company specializing in automobile loans. For traditional car loans, we work with most dealers in the tri-counties to finance customers’ used car purchases. We also make title loans directly to customers to allow them to borrow money against the equity in their car.
